Meet our UK based mortgage team
My role is to support the needs of our clients and provide administrative support to our mortgage advisers, including ensuring the efficient processing of all mortgage and protection applications. As part of this. I liaise with all parties to the process, including mortgage lenders, solicitors, and estate agents, to ensure that the customer receives a seamless service.
I bring a wealth of relevant knowledge to my role with over 20 years of experience in administration. I joined Strong Mortgage Solutions in early 2021, having previously worked as a mortgage and protection administrator for the last 6 years for a leading firm.
In my spare time, I like to dress up as a hot dog and play football.
I wouldn’t say no to a Chinese, but also partial to an Indian.
I have two teenage boys Tommy and Jacob and 5 bulldogs. Diesel, Nova, Bee, Romi, and Creed.
We understand that from time to time our clients may find themselves dealing with circumstances that could mean they are potentially vulnerable. For example, a change in health, caring for a family member, or coping with the loss of a loved one. There are many different types of vulnerability, and what makes one person vulnerable might not affect someone else. When we are vulnerable, our need for financial advice may change. However, admitting vulnerability or seeking help can sometimes feel hard.
